Qinghe Gal. Welded Wire Mesh is made of mild steel wire or pre-galvanized steel wire. It is one of the most versatile of industrial wire products and has innumerable applications throughout all types of industry. It is no longer limited to square or rectangular holes, rolls or panels; Qinghe can craft special shapes like 3-dimensional structures by curving or folding the mesh panels.
Assortments according to different manufacturing procedures:

Hot-dipped Galvanization for welded wire mesh
It is the chemical treatment, belonging to the electrode chemical reaction. Zinc ingots are melted in zinc tank with some auxiliary materials at high temperatures(can be generated by coal, electricity, gas etc), and then the welded wire mesh get a bath in and out, so that a layer of zinc metal components attached on the surface of welded wire mesh. The advantage of his strong anti-corrosion, galvanized layer adhesion and better hardness is not easy to come off, and can be used for a long time. The welded wire mesh need to go through DE-greasing and acid washing before going through the zinc tank.
Electrode Galvanization for welded wire mesh
Electrode-galvanized cold galvanizing uses electrolysis equipment , through the degrease, pickling ingredients post-zinc salt into the solution, and connects the negative terminal of electrolytic device; in the work-piece opposite the place of zinc plate connected to the electrolysis device cathode, connected to power, the use of current from the cathode to the anode of the directional move will be a layer of zinc deposited on the work piece.
